A VRML Enthusiast Website blaxxun is currentl the force majuere VRML plugin. click the link to obtain it. For reasons I wont go into at the moment, the install page is in Deutsch, but it is pretty straightforward; the EULA is in English. You will need to have it operational to make the best use of the various VRML Worlds sprouting up on the 'Net.
Here's a point of entry. The client has an inter-world navigation menu for moving about populated multiuser worlds.
The moniker 'FriendOfHiro' refers to 'Hiro', the principle protagonist of Neil Stephenson's (most excellent) Novel, "Snow Crash", in which "the metaverse" is approximately analogous to the contemporary VRML scene.
